Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of services canceled with a 48 hour time frame of your service request. If services are not cancled within the above stated time frame unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Where services have been made or personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless you send us an email within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning at our contact email address on this website. Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
